Our 4D Consultative Model
GLC supports leaders in a continuous cultural transformation
process. Rather than focusing on events and activities, our service is
intended to create long term change by using the following model. The
model is simple and has four phases that continually evolve:
- Discovery – from curiosity, explore
the leadership and culture of the organization; Assess the current state
using a Corporate Culture Profile
- Design – from a partnership, design the
best ideas into the work required
- Deliver – from healthy functioning, facilitate
insights that will lead to real change and better business results
- Develop – measure the results, adjust
as needed, learn and grow
